Like so many others, we have always had a passion for gold and silver. For a number of years we have purchased gold and silver. The realization that no company offered discounted bar premiums for regular purchases of precious metal bars, started the process towards the formation of the company. There are a lot of investment companies offering different investment programs, all with slightly different twists for saving, but none of them actually send you the precious metal bars.

The Precious Metal Club Ltd is primarily an investment company, selling precious metal bars, to individuals wanting to regularly purchase precious metal bars, with low bar premiums. After all it’s your initial costs that actually affect the value of your investment and the overall potential for your ROI. We are dedicated to supplying an exceptional service and low prices to members and non-members alike.

• Decide or suggest which precious metal is the best investment.
  
• Decide or suggest how much you should invest, this is a decision best determined by you and your financial advisor.

• The PMC is constantly seeking a better deal, when it comes to actually purchasing the bars.
  
• 1. On the first business day of each month.
  • a. A mint or refinery is selected and the required bars are purchased. A set day every month is chosen to purchase precious metal bars, Because no one knows what is going to happen to the price of precious metals from day to day.
  • b. Deposits are made at the bank. Post dated cheques are actually deposited on the 15^th of the previous month. Why? It can take up to 10 business days for cheques to clear.
  • c. All deposits are verified.
• 2. All bars are delivered to the PMC. In most cases the bars arrive within 10 business days. Once the are delivered
  • a. Arrangements are made for local pick-up (Bars are placed into the safety deposit box until the time of pickup).
  • b. Bars that are scheduled to be delivered at a later date are put into a safety deposit box.
  • c. Bars scheduled for immediate shipping are prepared and shipped.
• All shipping is through insured carriers, such as Canada Post, and a signature of acceptance will be required with delivery.
  

• 1. You pick the type of Precious metal you wish to invest in.


• 2. You decide how much you wish to invest each month.
  • a. You can invest in a specific number of any precious metal bars, regardless of spot price.
  • b. You can invest a specific amount of money.
    • i. If you set the amount of money to invest each month, we purchase as many bars as possible. Any remaining funds are carried forward for next months purchase.
    • ii. You can even save for a bar. For example, should you decide to invest in gold, but only wish to invest $100.00 per month, we will continue to carry forward your funds until you have enough in your account to purchase a bar of gold.
• 3. Monthly payments (your choice)
  • a. Can be charged directly to your credit card.
  • b. Can be made by post dated checks (12 months is required to start a membership, cheques must be made out for the 15^th of the month)
  • c. Can be pre-paid in cash (6 months is required to start membership, and you must supply a photocopy of your drivers license).
  • d. Can be paid by PayPal, a request will be sent on the 15^th of each month.
• 4. You decide how often you wish your bars to be shipped. Shipping charges can affect your overall investment costs. Bars not scheduled for shipping are stored in our bank's safety deposit box.
  There are 4 options
  • a. Hold for local pickup (you must make arrangements, after notification)
  • b. Ship every month.
  • c. Ship once every 6 months.
  • d. Ship once per year. This offers the best option for reducing your overall investment costs.

• We Locate the best prices for the combined membership. The PMC is constantly looking for a better deal. There are times when an individual is liquidating their stock and the PMC can purchase them at cheaper rate, than those of a mint.
• We Receive all bars and ship out your bars according to your schedule through secure and insured methods.
  • There are times when the actual delivery of a precious metal, is delayed. If this occurs all members affected will be notified.
    • Sometimes During periods of extreme volatility of the world market, while it is possible to secure the purchase price of precious metals. But the actual delivery dates can be delayed.
    • In order to secure the best possible price per ounce, a later deliver date is often offered. This can occur when a mint is making bars to order, particularly with large orders. The best price for silver are currently sold in this method.
• We Store ALL bars in a secure facility (bank safety deposit box) NOTHING is kept at our place of business.
  • Precious metals scheduled for local pickup, are stored in the safety deposit box until the day of the pickup.
• We Send monthly statements, via email, for those that do not have a computer, we will mail out a hard copy.
• We Make special purchases to meet your immediate needs.
• We Ship all or part of your holding on request unless there has been a delivery delay by the supplier. Even then we will attempt to meet your requests with PMC’s own stock.

• In addition to the normal 1 oz gold bars, we now have gold casting material available.  This is a result of requests by a number of our customers that had requested that we supply 24 kt gold casting material.

• The current market for silver bars is extremely tight and the waiting period for delayed shipments has increased to 1 – 3 weeks.  Because of this we are currently purchasing Silver bars for our members with two different delivery times.
  • Delayed Delivery, this is the least expensive method, but delivery can be long wait.  Once again as more people selecting this option the cheaper it gets.
  • Immediate Delivery, the bar premium has been slightly more than double that of the delayed shipping.  However there is no waiting period.  While we have been able to locate a supply of these bars, we do not make any specific promises that the club will be able to continue locating sufficient supplies at reasonable rates.

• Monthly membership, are $10.00.
  
• All purchases and expenses are charged a 3% service charge (this covers the cost incurred by credit card charges, bank transfers, storage fees, brokerage fees & etc.).

• All “special requests” purchases have an additional service charge of $10.00 per purchase. Special requests are made when someone wants to do a one time purchase, Perhaps they came into some extra money or decided to make changes to their investments portfolio. Maybe they want to try to take advantage of a momentary low in precious metals value.
  • New members requesting a “special” purchase may be charged an additional $100.00, which will be FULLY REFUNDED after being a member for a full year. Contact the PMC to find out if this applies to you.
• All “special requests” require secured funding (credit card, bank wire, etc.) prior to purchasing.

Promoting The PMC

Why would you want to promote the PMC? The answer is simple, The more members investing in precious metals, the greater the purchasing power of the PMC. The more precious metal bars the PMC is regularly purchasing, the lower the overall costs to the PMC and in turn to you. There are members buying through the PMC and selling on some online auction sites and doing quite well.
